The principle activity of the company related to constructions with its core competencies in marine engineering which includes blasting, painting, hydro jetting, power tooling, cleaning, mucking-out sludge, dislodging, disloping, valve, piping, main engines services, boiler, generator, cooling system, pump, navigation, underwater works and repair, maintenance and services of all kind of works pertaining of marine, ship and vessel.

In order to meet the current market demands, the company has expanded its peripheral activities to carry on business of civil and mechanical engineering which includes building, constructing, maintaining, altering, enlarging, managing and controlling any building, bridge, tunnel, highway, ways, tramways, piling, landscaping and others that related to the core business.

DD & I ENGINEERING SDN BHD at the moment are selectives key subcontractors through Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE) Pasir Gudang Capability Building Initiative (“CBI”) program which specialist in blasting and painting services.

Managing Director

Graduated his MBA Finance and Diploma in Investment Analysis from Univesity Technology MARA and obtained his BBA (Hons) Finance from University Putra Malaysia. He has 11 years experienced in Marine & Civil Engineering services includes blasting & painting, hydrojetting, power toolong, cleaning, valve, piping etc.


Executive Director

Former supervisor at Namaas Sdn Bhd (resident company of Malaysia Shipyard & Engineering Sdn Bhd). Having 7 years experience in marine engineering includes blasting, painting, main engine service, pump etc. He responsible for manage and monitor the operation of the company.


QA /QC Supervisor

Plan and execute the site safety function requirements.
Conduct daily site safety meeting or incident report to the relevant authority.
Implement preventive measure and recommend improvement on the unsafe conditions/material/equipment.
Conduct safety trainings for workers.


General Manager

Her duties includes management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.


Project Manager

Manage any subcontracted work and workforce associated with vessel completion, including work scope development, period of execution, cost management and schedule conformance.


Senior Supervisor

Responsible for project initiation through to delivery to ensure on time and within budget delivery, in accordance with classification society rules, and to the specifications laid down by the customer.


Safety Coordinator

Take orders from Client Rep or Site Manager or Safety office/Mgr.Also conduct safety inspections, assessments and incident investigations & reporting;Coordinate emergency response to include scheduling, training and updating written programs; Monitor work site industrial hygiene.
